I have heard about two separate incidents that just wanted to make anyone in these areas aware of.

Blockhouse Creek Subdivision/ Leander
Recently, there have been several reports of voyeurism and "peeping toms" at work within Block House Creek. Just days ago, a light-skinned male with dark hair was observed by parents peeking into the window of a pre-teen female. This individual was chased but was not apprehended.


Park Place Subdivision/Cedar Park
There have been two home invasions reported where the suspects at around 2 pm will kick the door in and rob the home. Mainly interested in electronics etc.
A van is reported to have been used, and dogs are supposedly not a deterrent.

Just thought I would let everyone know seeing I have not seen this on any of the local news.

Bonc, thanks for the info. I - or other agents in my real estate office - likely know folks in both subdivisions. From where did you get this info? Old journalist in me always wants to know the source before passing along info.

one was an email from HOA and the other was a posting left on door step
