What are the names of the folks actually in charge of the CHL section and what is the contact info for them? Is Lt. Hitt the HP Sgt from Del Rio?

When we needed to know a couple of years ago, a woman's name came up on a Texas State website.

At my renewal class in September, Marion introduced her replacement, a gal I think whos name was Diedra or some such. Not sure of the spelling. And, Sgt. Holmes made the comment that he would be transferring as well at the end of the month. They seem to favor e-mail's to a "desk"- which seems to help keep anyone in particular from being responsible.
