Got the Kempf's Lee Classic Turret press and couldn't be happier!
ok, now for some reloading porn! [hope my pic uploading works!]
(For those curious about the details: Federal small primer, 4.7gr Hodgdon TiteGroup, and 155gr Rainier FMJ)

- my first bullet!

- my reloading setup (yes, that's an IKEA entertainment cabinet :-)

Looks good - - - according to Hodgon's website that's a pretty light load for a 155 in a .40. They recommend 5.4-5.9. Try them and if you have functioning problems go to the 5.4 and work up from there. I've had good results with both the Ranier 155 gr and the Precision 155 gr in both of my .40s. I use Unique most of the time.

Good lookin set up & the first bullet is excellent.
BTW - despite what the emperor wants folks to think, reloading is an endevor w/ very high moral standards, all vocabulary is civil, & is honorable toward men & women.
Never really figured "reloading" and "porn" fit in the same sentence. Especially right next one another.
Any way, my .02cents & some think it worth about half that.

Yeah, I was starting from a recipe in my Lee paperwork. I've been warned to go light on TiteGroup initially, as it's a fast burner (also, because the granularity is so small, you have to be very watchful not to load a double charge). I will likely make 10 rounds in increments of 4.7, 4.9/5.0, and 5.2 to see what it a good starting point. I'd rather be safe than sorry

Titegroup is an excellent powder but like all smokless propellants you can't be too careful.
