India: Citizens start to embrace gun rights, 2A style.

Among the many misdeeds of the British rule in India,
history will look upon the act depriving a whole nation
of arms as the blackest.

As a result of a growing crime problem, plus the impact of last year's Mumbai
massacre, Indians are struggling to improve their access to firearms for the
purposes of self defense.
A 27 year old in the above link purchased a used, black,Smith and Wesson snub
nose revolver, which he carries in an ankle rig.
India's 1959 Arms Act gives citizens the legal right to own and carry guns, but this
right is not enshrined in the Indian constitution.
I wish the Indians well in their struggle to ease the burdensome rules regarding RKBA.
