I am closing my old ad and starting this new one as just as I suspect, it is not easy selling the a pistol with a lot of other goodies. So here goes:

- Sig P228 9mm (German KH date code)
- MeproLight Tru-Dot Tritium Night Sights (#8/#8 bright and recently installed)
- Hogue Aluminum Grips (I am 99% sure it's Hogue. These grips are night and day in superiority to the factory plastic grips. Your grip of the pistol will be the best you've ever felt. The right side grip cannot be removed currently because I screwed up the screw head. There are tools out there to take damaged screw out, but i don't have that tool. )
- Original factory plastic grips
- 2 Mec-Gar 13rds mags - like new condition and barely used
- Parts kit with all sorts of parts with most either new or used once or twice
- I have NO box and its contents for this pistol. The original owner could not find the box when he sold it to me.
- The pistol is in excellent condition, other than a couple of nicks and scratches that are common with most used guns. I do not know the actual round count as the prvious owner did not keep track, but he didn't shoot it much. I personally count all my rounds and have exactly 852 rds down the tube.
- Lowered to $650 FTF in Houston TX or plus shipping cost to ship (pics below show all 9 mags but for this deal it will only include the 2 Mec-Gar 13rds mags. CHL holder gets preference over non-holder.

For those that asked, yes the frame, slide and barrel are stamped with the same serial number.

Nice looking gun...just a thought here... perhpas some are concerned about the screw issue? Any possibility you could have that fixed?
Just a thought as I know that crossed my mind when I first read it. Best of luck!

The earlier German made 228 (the best ones when it comes to the 228's) notoriously have soft screws. That's the reason it go messed up. I just might go to an armorer and get that screw removed :headscratch
