Government Building?

Lets say I work for a print shop that shares the same building as a sub court house, and both entities rent their space from an individual owner. Is this considered a government building? Am I allowed to cc at work in the print shop? I've already discussed this with the owner of my work and he has no problem with it, but I wanna make sure I'm legally ok to do so.

Welcome to the forum.
I am not a lawyer, but will throw in my 2ยข . If the portion of the building is only leased by the court, and there are separate external entrances, where you don't have to go through the same entrance to enter the building that the court folks do, then I would think you should be OK. The definition in the law states building or portion of a building, so IMO this would meet the portion of the building part if it is like I described above.
There should be others chime in here soon.
