I have a LNIB Magpul MOE Handguard in Black. It has only been mounted once but never even fired. Comes in original box. Sorry don't have any pictures yet but here's an example:
Looking to get
$20 for it.

Sure, but you'll probably end up paying the same price as a new one after shipping. This is probably a better deal for someone local. But if you really want it, I'm willing to ship.
