WTS Remington 870 Express - SOLD

As I have never sold a firearm over the internet before, I am reluctant to attempt anything other than a face-to-face transaction.

For sale: Remington 870 Express 12 guage shotty. 3" chamber, not magnum-rated. 28" vent-rib barrel. Nice hardwood stocks. Modified Rem-choke. Will accept any Rem-choke, but no others are included. Gun has been well maintained, but has a few very minor dings/wear marks. I would conservatively rate it's finish at 90%.

I've offered it locally for $185, but for TexasCHLForum members, I'm asking $175, and I'll throw in 2 boxes of Remington Sur-Shot dove shells.

I don't have pictures at this time, but I could provide some by Friday if anyone is interested in them.

Willing to meet for FTF transaction in the general area between Houston and Centerville and between Bryan/College Station and Lufkin. I am in Huntsville.

Dang it to heck!!! I am looking for an 870 and would gladly pay your original $185, however I am in Dallas with no way to make it down that far south any time soon!

Good luck on the sale!

I would have thought I would get more than one solitary nibble on this. I guess everyone here except Cyphur already has at least one good shotgun! Okay, well what if we throw the option of shipping in?

$170 + shipping from my FFL to yours. I will not include the ammo in a deal involving shipping. I do not know what the shipping charges would be. I would have to check with my FFL.

Cyphur, are you interested?

FTF deal would still include the ammo for $170.

I'm going to have to pass on this one. Just signed up for a CHL class saturday, and have to break in a Kimber, so thats where all the money this and next month are going to. Thanks for the second chance though!

I'm at least halfway going to bite on this. I've been looking for an 870 for awhile, but have just never wanted to jump in.

I will be going through the area on Monday, August 28th, and on Thursday the 31st. I have to, of course, talk to the wife, but I am very interested.

PM me?

Sold it at the Saxet show this past weekend. Sorry to see it go, but I know it will be put to better use than I have been able to lately.
