Texas Music Revolution (TMR 14) at Southfork Ranch?

My wife and I are planning on attending TMR 14 this weekend at Southfork ranch in Parker, TX, which is a big concert sponsored on by KHYI and Shiner Bock.

This will be our first time attending, and I'm curious if anyone knows if the event is typically posted 30.06? I've heard parking is difficult to find, and I don't relish getting all the way to the gate to find that they're patting people down or that it's posted 30.06, and having to trek all the way back out to the vehicle to leave my firearm.

It's a concert, so I think I'm okay to carry per state statute. I don't plan to drink any alcoholic beverages since I'm driving, so I *THINK* I should be okay. Anyone have any prior experience?

Thanks,

Nobody ever replied, so I played it safe and left my firearm in the truck since it was bitter cold this morning and the parking lot was muddy from all the snow we received overnight. I didn't want to get all the way to the gate and have to hike back to my truck to disarm if there was a 30.06 sign at the gate or if they were patting people down.

That being said, I didn't see any sort of 30.06 signage, nor did I see anyone getting searched or patted down. I could've easily carried concealed had I chosen to do so. At least I know next year what to expect.
