Sig 232 Grips

Really liking my Sig 232. Comes with thick rubber Hogue grips which are very comfortable but seem very thick and thinking may not be the best for concealment. Anyone out there replaced their grips? I know generally wood grips are thicker, but wondering if the various wooden ones might be thinner?
