Looking forward to becoming a useful member of the forum. I just got notification of approval today, so, it is just a matter of waiting on USPS to bring the plastic! I took the course on Feb. 13th and mailed the packet on the 15th......probably would have my plastic already, had the payment been included with the packet. I thought my wife put the check in, she thought I did, grrrrrr.

Recently purchased a Ruger SR9C and, thanks to someone on this forum (I lurked for a while), I ordered a Crossbreed Supertuck IWB for the Ruger SR9. The post stated that the fit and comfort was perfect, so, I shall see. Crossbreed lets you try it out for two weeks and return it if you don't like it for a full refund, plus, it carries a lifetime guarantee......sounds good to me.

I'll be figuring out the intracacies of posting for a while.....bear with me as I learn. Looking forward to getting acquainted with you all.

Welcome aboard, Roland! Being new to this myself I'll be interested to hear your stories once you start carrying.

BTW, I also ordered a Supertuck for my XD-9 SC after reading this forum.

Thanks, Addylo. How long have you had your CHL? How about the Supertuck.......do you find it comfortable and did it meet all of your expectations?
(I hope these questions are too inappropriate for this forum. If so, I'll be glad to take it to a more suitable area)

When the internet shows "Application Completed - license issued or certificate active", does this mean the plastic is in the mail or just approved and waiting on someone's desk to put it in an envelope? (this is what mine showed today.......yes, I am anxious as a kid in November!)

Welcome to the forum Roland :tiphat:
I think you'll find that most of us who own and use the Crossbreed Supertuck
can assure you that it is one of the most comfortable IWB holsters on the market.

You'll also find that a good quality gunbelt is essential for support and distribution
of the weight of the firearm.

Once you use a system like this for a while, you'll almost forget you're wearing a gun.

Thanks to you all for the hearty welcome.

USA1, I did invest in a quality belt in anticipation of the chl.......about the same time I got a couple of pair of Propper Tactical Pants to try out. The belt is 1 3/4" wide and has very little, if any, lateral flex. I'll know more when I get a chance to try everything out.
