I did the online registration and payment so this is what i mail out right:

.The application with the data, address and history stuff, three pages.
.The Photo Holder
.My two fingerprint cards
.Envelope with my two photos, one is signed me and fingerprint guy.
.my white copy of TR100
.The three notorized affidavits

Thats all right...not the check list you check off?

It looks like you're good to go.

The only other thing might be to send it certified with return receipt.
That way you'll have confirmation that DPS has received your packet.

OK...I am going to send it priority mail with Deliver Confirmation...that the way i've done my NFA stuff to BATFE. Cool!
