Austin area powder suppliers

Anyone know of a good source for powder in/around the Austin area?

Specifically, I'm looking for Titegroup (preferably) or Unique. Normally, I'd just hit up Cabela's, but they've been out as long as I've been looking. I only want 1 or 2 pounds, so online isn't practical with a hazmat fee, hence trying to source something locally. If anyone local is doing a large order from some place that has it, I'd be willing to go that route and chip in on part of the hazmat fee.

I've got .380 bullets coming in tomorrow and nothing to load them up with!

I bought powder at the last gun show. I was making a periodic donation to Cabellas yesterday, and picked up some small pistol primers (I got the last of them), but didn't check on powder.

I was at McBrides a couple weekends ago and they had a fairly decent selection of powders on the shelves AND primers. I picked up H4895, Varget, Bullseye, and 2400. they had a bunch more others.
Primers are no bargain, but they had the four main types in [mostly] 3-brands and run $39.95/1K
pistol powders seem to run around $20.95-$21.95/lb and rifles $24.95-$25.95/lb IIRC

Cool, I'll have to try and make it there during business hours this week.

Yeah, the gun show was my first choice, but the next one is on my wedding day (and first day of the honeymoon), so that's won't work. Plus, that's like 2 1/2 weeks of waiting with all these bullets just sitting around!

I got some Federal primers from Cabela's a couple months ago, and then some CCI about a month ago as well. I'm not producing in mass yet, so this is a decent amount of stock for me right now.

I've got about a 1/3 of a pound of titegroup you can have; I don't see me using it up anytime soon.

Ooh...if NcongruNt doesn't take up that offer, I will! I use TG for reloading my .40 and I'm VERY happy with it (have to reload carefully though, as it's capable of holding a double charge)

Stopped by, got some Bullseye and 231, as well as a Lyman manual to add to my collection. They say they haven't had Unique or Titegroup in quite a while. They have a paltry selection of bullets, and only the expensive stuff (Sierra and Hornady). They say the fellow they bought cast stuff from died recently. The reloading sales guys say they've suggested getting stock from Berry's and several other vendors, but it never happens.

That's unfortunate, as I certainly would have bought something from them for .38spl.

Eagle Peak has a limited supply of reloading supplies. Best to call first to see what they have in stock before driving out there:

oh gosh, last time at eagle peak I noticed all the dust collecting on their power supplies. then of course the price tag explained why. If you want lead, try http://www.dardascastbullets.com/index.html" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
Lots of folks like missouri bullet and their fast shipping but I've had problems with their lube detaching from dozens and dozens of their bullets (prior to loading)
