Cleveland Browns player arrested w/ a carryon Kimber.

He has a Michigan CHL, but forgot his Kimber was in his carryon
luggage when boarding a plane at the Cleveland, OH scareport.
He's got big problems now. After he loses his NFL slot and pays
his legal bills, he'll have to trade down to a Taurus. :-)

What was the final outcome of Barry Switzer being arrested for having a loaded .38in his carry-on, while coach of the Dallas Cowboys? I recall that it all went away, but I don't remember the details.
