I've got a P01 and I have to say that it is a very good pistol. I've never had any reliability problems with it at all. Nice smooth, tight action and pretty compact. It is steel and alloy so it may not be quite as light weight as some plastic pistols, but it is light enough.
I believe Collector's firearms and Fountain Firearms in Houston carry CZ pistols, but they won't be anywhere near that price from my experience.

Give CDNN Sports 800-588-9500 a call. They have good prices on unadvertised items. I've had luck with a 92fs and P7 trade in a while back

I've had my my Frankonia custom CZ75 pre B combat tactical since 1985.. , and just bought a P01 from a local pawn shop,, at just under $400.
