CHL conceal carry is not allowed at college graduation correct? Want to get clarification on this to make sure if I am reading the statues correctly.

I would think even if held outside or at a different venue it would qualify as:

PC §46.03. PLACES WEAPONS PROHIBITED

...any grounds or building on which an activity sponsored by a school or educational institution is being conducted,
...

...and not be allowed for carry.

Yeah. Graduation is usually sponsored by a school or educational institution.

A private graduation party is a different story as long as it's not in a 51% bar, etc.
