Congrats Texjames! Yea 30 days is a good wait period I would say. Mine took about the same as yours did. Now, just a Wally Walk and you will be official!

Congrats!
Mine was approved on Friday - still no plastic yet, but others showed that they had theirs within 3 days, so maybe you will have yours by Friday!

I thought this was going to be about a refreshing chocolaty drink. :totap: Oh wait, that's Yoo-hoo, never mind.

Congrats on your license. :thumbs2:

For a good belt you should also check out the 5.11 belt. Many of us here use it and it's pretty good for the money.

You sure do! Congratulations on getting your plastic. I also, suggest beltman for a leather belt. In fabric, I prefer the Wilderness Instructor belt.

:iagree: for the Wilderness Instructor belt ($39.95) if you want a synthetic material. Rugged and well-made. I wear mine frequently.

For leather, I wear a 1-1/2" Double Thick Belt from D.M. Bullard ($64.95). Dave Bullard does pretty good work, but any of the custom holster makers can do you a good belt in the same rough price range.

Texjames:
Welcome to the forum sir. Glad to have you.

With your LCP, you might just have the same gun
as Governor Rick. (See the "wily coyote" thread).

With that piece of hardware you should do a coyote jog instead of a Wally Walk.

I just got a Cross Breed belt 1 1/2" ($59.50) and love it. I especially like the "saddle cinch" buckle, very heavy duty. All American Made. :thumbs2:

congrats :woohoo

My partner just got the same news.
He's stoked!
I'm just glad that if we hang out outside of work I know I'll have back up if the we're ever in a bad situation.

Just for grins, I went with the Uncle Mike's version of the Wilderness... $15 less and very well constructed.
