Looking for small lot of .308 brass

I don't own a .308, but since I started on penturning, I've been wanting to try something like these:
http://thevillageworkshop.net/Documents ... %20308.pdf" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
A whole bag of .308 brass is a lot for figuring out the details and practicing, so I was hoping someone here might have 15-20 of those random hulls that found their way into the range pickups by accident. Any finish or condition, as long as they're not squashed too badly. (I reload .30-06, so I can resize/expand/decap as needed.)
Name a price with shipping to Stephenville.

Think I can help out. Let me check my stash.
How much does each pen cost to assemble once you get the brass? I'd be interested in one of the pens if that's a fair trade.

Depends on how many times I screw up trying to work out the techniques
Actual cost is pretty low on this style in common woods; most of the money is in spares for mistakes, and the labor that goes into each pen. They typically sell for around $25-50, depending on the other material. I'd be willing to swap pens to the first couple of people offering brass, but it may take a week or two to get them made since my work schedule limits me to working on the pens about one day a week.

e-mail me your address and I will send you a bag. I shoot and pick up 308 but I don't reload.

Once I get it worked out, I'll probably post a few photos here and offer a special price for CHLForum members. According to a few of the turners who developed some of the tricks, it's possible to make some jigs to simplify the drilling and soldering of the brass that will allow these to be turned out relatively easily.

For those waiting for pens; I think I've got the process worked out, but my shop is just too hot to work in during the day, and too close to the neighbors' houses to do much at night. I haven't forgotten you, so as soon as the weather is more cooperative, I'll crank out the ones I've already promised and figure up a regular price and CHLForum discount for it.
