Range Brass Trade Values?

I'm starting to pile up a supply of range brass and I'm trying to get a few ideas of the trade value of certain calibers before I wade into the market section. What have y'all seen/offered/taken for trade lately for these calibers? Any ideas? Or should I stock up more before looking to trade?

7mm Rem. Mag. (I've only got 40 or so of these - once fired)
9mm (~650 that I may hang on to since it is everywhere)
.357 SIG (~275 Speer Gold Dot empties from a DPS qualification)
.40 S&W (~600 of these need a home)
.223 (~400 that I may want to hang on to for the future)

I'd like to pick up, in order of importance:
.45 ACP
.308 Win.
.380
.38 Spl.
.357 Mag.

Down the line I'll 'need':
.44 Spl
.44 Mag
.45 Colt

A friend said he tried to trade 1:1 for .223 for .380, but the best he got back was offers for 2:1 and even 3:1.

And what's up with MFS and PPU (Prvi Partizan?) headstamped cases and tumbling media sticking to the inside of the cases? What do they gunk their bullets up with before they cram 'em in?

I generally trade at 1:1 based on poundage. Everything I shoot is common caliber, so availability is not an issue.

I would gladly take a 3:1 trade, it takes me around 3hrs to pick out around 300 pieces of .380 brass at the range, while it only takes around 10 minutes to get the same amount of 9mm or 223. that may change a little now that it seems that there is a little more 380 ammo available.
