WTS HK USP 9c v1 NS (NIB) and Sig 229R DAK .40 in Houston

Sadly, money is getting pretty tight for me, so...
Both are once in a lifetime fantastic deals. I feel very bad letting them go but...
a. $850 for NIB HK USP 9c v1 with night sights and 3 brand new magazines, AG date. This is a brand new pistol and I have not even handled it - only opened the box to make sure it's there. The cheapest price before tax and FFL transfer fee I see is $799 without night sight and only comes with 2 mag.
b. Excellent like new $680 for Sig 229R DAK .40 with night sights, 2 mags (1 never used) and a Hogue grip. This pistol had less than 50 rounds through it mostly because this is the only .40 pistol I have. I do not want/plan to stock or reload .40 ammo, nor do I really like the DAK trigger - should have got DA/SA. The cheapest I see is $709 NIB without night sight. I have 350 NIB Winchester white box .40 ammo. I don't mind through in 100 for free. The rest you can buy from me at $5 off Walmart price.
I am the original owner for both of them and both come with original boxes and docs.
Please PM me if you are interested. I prefer to deal with CHL holders in Houston area. You need to present me your CHL before you inspect the gun and sign a bill of sales after you decide to purchase it. If you don't have CHL, I can arrange to meet with my FFL and he will transfer the gun for $20.
