Finally got app sent off. Seemed like a month since i took the class, (only 4 days), I really have a patience problem. My wife cant understand it.

How do I check my app status? Will I have to wait for the pin# or will they send me something telling me status.

I guess I'll go do some practice carry and think about something else.

They will mail you a pin unless you applied online. I have read that it can take in the range of 30 days just to get your pin. That is what I am still waiting for. They received my packet 8/16. Hopefully I will get mine within a week or so.

Correct, 30 days to getting a pin # and 30 more for the Card in the mail, if all goes well for you. I too have a Patience problem, I drove everyone here nutz waiting. I carried around the house to pratice in theevenings and weekends, tried different holsters and such. Welcome to the waiting room!
