MD: Protective order precursor to murder: As bad as it gets
Posted: Tue Jun 08, 2010 11:00 am
In December 2009, a woman living in Dundalk, Maryland, (Baltimore area) accused her husband of domestic violence and got a protective order against him. The police dutifully disarmed him.
In May 2010 he was shot dead outside a bar that he owned.
His wife and three male accomplices, including her brother, are charged with murder. The adults could be charged with capital murder. Two 19-year-old involved could be sentenced to life in prison without parole if found guilty.

Weird mug shot.
Unusual quotation from neighbor: "We all said it, that we thought she did it."
