I received a phone call from Joe today telling me that AT&T has had one of their main cables severed near his subdivision earlier in the week which translates into no internet service for him.

He told me he's going nuts because he can't access the forum. He also said he's sick of playing solitaire.
I think he's experiencing TexasCHLforum withdrawals.

Anyway, if you've noticed he hadn't been around lately, that's why.

My future Mother-in-Law was here last night because her internet was out too, darn Farmville. I wonder, if the at&t cable is this bad in their backyard, how is it elsewhere?

I am still back in the stone ages with my ole reliable dial up internet connection. It may not get me there as fast but at least I always "get there". Hi Joe hope you get back soon.

Yes AT&T was running new underground cables and their contractor cut a trunk line....on Tuesday about 2pm. Just came online an hour ago. Unbelievable. Now it's time to get to work.
