Where can I get my PassPort Photo at? Or where's the best place?

Make sure your fingerprint location does not already do it.

Some of the L1-FAST Locations do both the prints and photos.
If your location does not, then you can go to Walgreens, FedEx Kinkos, CVS
Also check with your CHL instructor (unless you have already had class) as some of them do photos as well.

If you have a digital photo that meets the guidelines, you can size/crop it, copy the file to a SD card or USB drive, and print at a Target or other photo center. Passport photos are 2x2" so you can easily do four passport photos on a single 4x6" print for less than a dollar. (Six if you're careful.)

As of May 1, no Passport Photo or Fingerprints are required for CHL Renewal.
