Man, that is a PERFECT little CC pistol! Wish I had the funds for it, but I know it will be snapped up before I teach another CHL class.

Perhaps " new, old stock" would fit. I have several pistols I purchased years ago new and have never fired them. I don't consider them "used" just because they are no longer manufactured. Regardless, its a great pistol and in great condition. I wish I had purchased this "new" while they were still in production, would have been substantially cheaper...

I hear what your saying and wish it worked that way. It is like buying a car. Anyone after the first buyer is buying used. It doesn't matter if the original buyer never drove it off the lot. transfer makes it used. I have a couple "used" collectables. It makes me nuts to have to call them used as I know for a fact they have never had a single round through them other than the factory test fires. Another thing...... new, old stock can only apply to an FFL who purchased from the distributer. Once the first transfer happens, it is never new again.

Anyway..... someone just scored a deal on a real nice weapon. I wish it had of been me. :tiphat:
