In Oakland, California, on July 18, a man who was in town for a job interview with Google was fatally shot by a would-be Bonnie and Clyde pair of sociopathic robbers. The police obtained video images from surveillance cameras and issued warrants and public notices.

Both suspects were arrested in the past three days. The male was physically restrained by a non-LEO citizen.

It's California. They will cycle the defendants through the system until the three-strikes law kicks in.
