I have been checking my status online, and finally this is what has appeared.
The below is copied off the State's website, and I am concerned because of the first line that say's "* Application : Not received, notice sent to applicant".
Does this mean that I missed something? Or is that something that appears on all app's when they are first received, and then they begin the processing?
Please let me know!!

Did you do your application online? Or, did you fill out a yellow paper application that you got in class?

A paper application in the class - If you are referring to the page that we had to initial next to the line down the whole sheet.

If you did not apply online, you should have filled out a 4 page yellow application, and sent it in to DPS. It had questions about where you were born, where you have lived and worked for the past 5 years, arrest history, etc. Did you do that?

No we did not have that in the class. Is it too late to do online since I have already submitted a packet, and paid with a check?

I would wait now until you get the notice they are sending you. They will either send you an app, or direct you to the online system.
