As the site is real time, it appears that sort of things (stabbings, active shooters) must be a late night/early morning thing. None of that going on on a peaceful Saturday morning (at least not this Saturday morning) at 8:30 a.m..

I saw a shooting and a couple domestics at 7 when I looked at it.

It's an hour later and I count 16 currently plus three on an apparently unrelated random gun fire, plus another 14 cars on what appears to be 11 major disturbance (violence) scenes.
I can't imagine being a police officer's wife and seeing something like that. I'd go crazy. May the Lord protect them all!

Ok, I Google news searched and found no mention of the Polar Spring shooting. However, Dallasnews.com has the story of an Officer who was hit by a vehicle while performing a traffic stop.
The striking vehicle took off and the officer pursued it. The female driver bailed out and ran inside a house. The Officer who had been struck went to cover the back of the home where he was promptly attacked by a dog. RIP dog.
The officer was not injured in either event.
