I can't recommend one locally, but I just received mine from CrossbreedHolsters and absolutely love it.

DPSS in downtown Dallas should have a few to buy, other than that your best bet is gonna be online. Not even the cop shops carry concealed carry belts

The DFW Gun Range has some 5.11 clothing and belts.

Winchester in FTW carries belts as well. Off Lancaster and 820, they are hanging in holster area....
