I recently moved and submitted the paperwork to change the address on my CHL and DL last week. Well I got my new CHL in the mail today , however it'll prolly be another 2 weeks before I get my new DL. Is it legal for me to carry with my new CHL and the just paperwork showing my address change on my DL or do I have to wait till I get my actual new DL?

Carry your new CHL & the paper on your new DL.

I believe the paper receipt that you get when changing address IS your (temporary) new Driver's License until you get the plastic card.
