Doc Vranici, owner of Brothers Pizza, said that as recently as Sunday, a customer, who has a conceal-carry permit himself, reported to him that another patron had a gun visible in his belt.
Vranici said he figured the man, whom he described as a "Texas good ol' boy," probably had a permit, so he didn't worry about it.
