The Arms Room is full auto!

The folks at the Arms Room in League City have gotten their first fully automatic gun for rent - an AK-74. The rental fee is $20.00 per hour. You'll of course have to buy or provide your own 5.45x39mm ammo. It's a lot of fun!
The AK74 of course is the one of the main rifles used by the Russian army. It's their answer to the AR platform - smaller bullets so they can carry more of them. It's suprisingly controllable compared to an AK-47 (7.62x39) on full auto.

That's a pretty good deal! 5.45x39 is really cheap too!
I've never shot a full-auto AK and now I know where to go!!! Please PM me the address and phone number!
Do you have any pictures or a website?

Ok, a little update. They now have a full-auto AK47 (7.62x39mm) in addition to the AK74, and some sort of 9mm full-auto. I didn't catch what type of gun the 9mm is....I'm hoping it's an MP5.
Another update to my original post, it seems that you can't bring your own ammo for these guns. Considering that the ranges I went to in Las Vegas rented their full-autos for $75/hour and up, and that the Arms Room rents theirs for $20/as-long-as-you-have-bullets, I think that's fair.

I haven't as yet made it to the arms room but it's on my to do real fast list.
it looks like a nice facility and very clean.
there prices are a lil steep but it is much closer to me than going to south houston (marksman) to shoot inside.

Wow, I forgot that the P90 was 5.7mm. I might just go try that out.

So at the arms room can you bring your own factory ammo and shoot it out of the rental weapons or does it have to be theirs? I know at Top Gun you must buy the ammo there, and their prices are a little high for the ammo even for a gun store/range(IMHO).

Unfortunately you have to buy their ammo. At least that's the case with their full-auto weapons. I have not rented anything semi-auto from them.

Does anyone know if the ranges listed above allow us to bring in our own full auto? I was only aware of one place in Dallas that allowed it before.

Yes, the Arms Room allows it (as long as you bring your tax stamp, of course).
