Good day to all. Does anyone know the email address to request a pin number to check on the status for paper applications?
Took our class 10/8/10, mailed applications 10/9/10, holiday Monday 11th. Did not receive back from post office, imagine that, my two delivery receipts, but I know they cashed my checks on 10/15/10. So, I read somewhere that there is an email address to request a pin number for paper submitted applications? Anyone?

Note, if you have applied within 2 weeks the info may not show up.
it generally takes 2 weeks to get updated for the process to start, then another 2 weeks before its completed.

Well, tried it and didn't work, so I guess next week, will be roughly around wednesday or thursday that it is too weeks. They cashed our checks on 10/15/10 so just have to be patient...

This is a tough time, we have all gone through, but once its over, you will wonder why you ever stressed so much about it.

Do yourself a favor, forget about the pin # and do not check on it at all. It will drive you nuts. Some people (like my wife) would check status 3-4 times a day from the day she got the confirmation card back from post office. That was when they were taking 120 days or longer. Time will go faster if you just forget about it.

I tried that for a while....it didn't work for me.
It drove me even more nuts not knowing.

I got to the point, where every spare minute, I checked the website .

I think I was checking at the height of it, probably 20 times a day (and I am not kidding! LOL)

Thanks for all the responses. I had sent an email off to Austin and today got a response from them. It read and I quote " we do not issue a pin anymore." that's all it said. So, I guess no pin, I'll just check within the next month
to see what's going on... ya right, probably tomorrow. Thanks again.
