Application Question: Signed Photo's & Application Receipt?

Hello, everyone. Took the CHL class today (thanks, Mike!), and I'm getting my packet put together to send (FAST prints next week, CHL-100, photo's, and photo-holder with signature). I have a couple of questions.
This is the message I have from DPS after the online application along with the barcode:
Also, it suggests I include a copy of my receipt page when I send my checklist items in. When I completed my application, I did not have printer access. Now, when I log back in to find my receipt, I am unable to get to a copy of it to print. All I get is:
Thanks in advance!

One the list, it refers to "2 signed photo". I have my passport photos done, and I have a signed "photo holder" form. Is that what it means by signed, or do I need to physically sign the photos somehow? If so, where?Below is your checklist of required supporting documentation:
2 fingerprint cards or fingerprints submitted using FAST
Photo holder
2 Signed Photo
CHL-100 Training Form

Is it going to be a problem not to include a copy of my receipt? If so, how do I get a copy so I can print it?License Status: Application processed online. Concealed Handgun Licensing is waiting on the receipt of required materials. Once the application and materials have been received by Concealed Handgun Licensing and processing has begun, a more detailed status will appear on this page.
Thanks in advance!
