Well the class is done but I have not recieved my application packet in the mail. I already paid online and I have been waiting for a week, I know I should have known better that to do an online application 1 week before the class but there is hope. Mail is delivered Mon-Sat so maybe I will recieve it on Monday.

Just ranting, I have noone to blame but myself. I am glad I have you all to support me.

They didn't fill out paperwork in the class you were in?

I paid online before I took the class and yes they filled out the paperwork while I sat there twirling my thumbs...

by the way it is now day 8 since the charge posted if anyone is charting my progress other than me.

I think I'd go back to the instructor and ask for a packet. My instructor was VERY meticulous about filling out the paperwork, fingerprint cards, etc. I wouldn't want to chance doing something wrong because I didn't have someone right over my shoulder making sure every T was crossed.

I do have a packet from my class but since I had paid my fees before I took the Class I dont want them to have to find my other packet and link it up with the new one. I am fairly patient, I learned a long time ago that a watched pot will never boil so I will keep browsing the forum and time will pass.

I called today and they told me they would send out another packet. What a dissapointment, if I get the old one somehow do you think that i should mail it in or wait for the new one to get to me if it gets to me?

Fill in the first one that you receive from DPS...make sure everything is signed...look it over at least three times just to make sure....did your class/instructor did they do your prints, etc during the class?? If any doubts, or maybe even visit your Instructor just to make sure. Nothing worse than getting all stuff sent in only to get a letter ask for something.
Good luck on this JK!!

I Bet you guys will never believe what came in the mail today!!!????

Well if it is in this forum I had better not be using real money to bet

All this one day after I requested a new packet be mailed to me. Worse than that it is postmarked from Austin the 17th. 7 days to travel 60 miles?? I get mail from DFW in 2 days and it is 150 miles away I don't know who to be dissapointed towards. Oh well at least the wait is over

Rant Over
