Out of state CHL

I live in texas, but have an issue with an out of state traffic violation. Is there any state that I can apply for an out of state CHL, that texas will honor??

A simple traffic violation should not keep you from getting a Texas CHL. Do you want to elaborate on this?

jhutto, if you do not want it on the public board you may use PM with either of these & it will not be told. They are both trustworthy.
