Anyone in Austin, Dallas or San Antonio know if captioned restaurant/margarita bar is 51% or 30.06? Checked Texas 3006 with negative results.
Thanks - Stan

Subordinates: CB,LB,PE
Some have
Subordinates: LB
One has nothing listed
Of note is SEVERAL locations had
Failure To Post Required Sign Written Warning
So I dunno if they posted red and shouldda been blue, or vice versa ....
License numbers I got in results are:
MB555261
MB461739
MB192342

I've never seen a 51% at the one in downtown Dallas and I used to eat there all of the time.

I don't see any that have an optional FB certificate, so still unknown, no way to tell by that.
Guess you could call them and say "I"m checking on/verifying information regarding your current and TABC license renewal, which expires on _____, please let me know if on your current license it says 'sign=red' or 'sign=blue'.
And if they ask "WHO IS THIS?" ....
Just answer truthfully, "I do legal work for Thinkofan, Answer and Fast..." (unless you do work illegally) ....... just kidding, (don't ACTUALLY present yourself as a lawyer, nor gov't employee) but the license is about the only way to tell what sign SHOULD be posted. And obviously they often posted the wrong signs.
