SOLD: S&W M&P9 - NW Houston this weekend ONLY

Hi all. I'll be in Northwest Houston (FM 1960 area) THIS WEEKEND ONLY Saturday 1/8 and Sunday 1/9 and have this pistol available for sale. I'll be visiting family and not able to travel to other areas of Houston (Sugarland, Clear Lake etc), but available to meet for cash FTF purchase only in NW Houston.
After this weekend, if not sold, it will be available in Austin area.

FOR SALE:
Smith & Wesson Military & Police 9mm full-size semi-automatic handgun. Gun is used but in very good shape. Comes with original box, miscellaneous manufacturer's materials (owner's manual etc), all three removable backstraps, and the two original S&W 17-round magazines. Has standard white-dot Novak style sights.
Two changes on this gun that distinguish it from brand new:
1. The magazine disconnect mechanism has been removed per the instructions from Burwell Gunsmithing http://www.burwellgunsmithing.com/M&P2.htm" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
2. some very slight stippling on the frame in front of the trigger guard.
Also included is an Uncle Mike's kydex belt holster, perfect for IDPA competition or concealed carry use.
$450 cash FTF. Trades considered but prefer cash.
Must sign bill of sale and show Texas driver's license or other Texas-issued photo ID. CHL preferred, but not mandatory.
