I am not a fan of the Kahr.
I Want a single stack Glock 9mm !
What are your thoughts ?

Maybe an EMP?

Or maybe the Para with the DA trigger?

Khar makes a great gun. The G26 isn't too Bulky IMO. Good luck.

Thier website has an entire column dedicated to "slim-line" but the G36 is still the only pistol with a single stack.

If you need it NOW a Walther PPS is closest you'll find.

But I too desperately want a single stack subcompact 9mm Glock

G36 is single stack .45ACP.

I have almost every Glock and more often than not, I reach for the G36 when I need concealment and power. The ONLY limitation is 6 rounds in the magazine - BUT it is a .45. With 2 spare mags I can have 19 rounds available. The 36 is smaller than any other Glock in the dimensions that matter for concealed carry. It is very accurate due to the double recoil spring which keeps the barrel locked up after firing a bit longer than other Glocks.

Now if someone would only hear the cries of G36 owners and come out with some higher cap mags for reloads, we would be set.

BTW, I have a Ruger SR9C (9mm) and it is a very easy to conceal weapon. But I guess the king of small ones is the Kel Tec PF9. I carry mine a lot-even makes a great backup. Lots of people smirk about Kel Tecs who probably don't own one or have never shot one. Their loss. Good luck finding what you want.

No, cause Glock does not make a single stack 9mm handgun.

Handle one of the new Gen 4 Glock 26s. Picked one up last week and I think its much better than previous generations. Dont think its any thinner but sure feels nicer in the hand.

I'd snap up a single stack Glock 9mm in a heartbeat.

I have never shot a PF9, but they sure feel good in my hand. It is on my list of easily concealable 9mm handguns. I just cannot bring myself to rely on a .380. If am going to be down on round count I want to have a little bit more punch than the .380. I have heard nothing but good things about Kel-tec customer service and reliability but will admit I am not impressed with their fit and finish, but they beat the price point...

RECIT....I understand the issues with .380 completely. There are times I cannot conceal easily and as deeply even the PF9, so I carry a Ruger LCP. It is a great little gun, but lately I have found myself thinking that there are scenarios in which I do feel undergunned. On the other hand, there is a Sgt. in our department who qualified with an LCP. My hat is off to him and anyone who can shoot one of the tiny .380's that well. I don't think I will try it!

BTW the Kel Tec is selling for $229 at several of the large dealers. At that price I could even afford two. It is a bit snappy in the recoil dept, but very controllable. I don't use +P's or 147gr in it. (The guys over on KTOG report some issues with those two loads) I haven't tried them though.

ETA - 10 round ban-era Glock mags are single stack, but the size is still double stack. I'm going to have to look at a Gen 4 G26, even though I don't really need one.

I didn't think the subcompact Gen 4 Glocks were out yet? Where did you find one?

I have seen the gen4 .40 in the baby Glock. Someone on this board actually just bought one I think...
