I know that some of the items I carry are illegal and that I sometimes drive my 6-speed over the speed limit (which is also illegal) & I highly advise you to not follow in my footsteps. I am just one of those that think that if I'm allowed to carry as many guns & extra mags as I can conceal that I should be allowed to carry my Microtech & throwing knives also. I hope that one day the law will change or that the law will state more clearly that if you have a CHL that we will be able to carry the knife of our choice.
In the future please try to enjoy the pics that our members post and try not to make fun of them and try your best to understand their way of thinking. Some of us have the problem where we make things more complicated than they need to be. I know if I'm in a life or death situation that I reach for the GLOCK 30, but "what if" "somehow" something were to happen and my gun is out of ammo or "something" happened to it & all I have left are things to throw at the bad guy. Maybe I just watch too many movies...

Sadly we cant make the laws, we just have to follow them

Maybe I'm ignorant to the possible value of stars as a self defense weapon but are they thats beneficial? Not only does it seem less than practical I just don't see how they could be effective.
Most gun battles are only a few rounds, I think I read 3-4 or something like that. If you carry extra mags and run out of ammo I doubt stars will be of any use to you.
There is a lot of good info on this site. In time you'll find it, and then you'll find more. I learn something new every time I log on.

It is still
ILLEGAL! Whether you agree with the law or not. Just because you do not agree with the law does not make it ok to break the law. Breaking the law makes you a criminal. Your knife and ninja stars are
ILLEGAL to carry.

Actually the swastikas are not necessarily anti-semitic. Obviously I do not know how he sees them.
The swastika has been a religions symbol since the beginning of religion. Technically the way he has them displayed they they are not anti-semitic. The swastika is a symbol of anything from good luck to the symbol of a god. It has been used throughout the ages in many different cultures including Eastern cultures, Romans, Celtics, Native Americans and throughout the western cultures as late as the early 20th century. It wasn't until the Nazi party adopted the right facing, tilted swastika (the anti-semitic version) in 1920 as their symbol on their flag did it become taboo.
It is still used today in many religions around the globe in non anti-semitic ways.

SmoothFox,
Not sure what you deal is but we obviously do not agree with one that is advocating illegal activity no matter what it is. Nor do we think that such activity should be associated with the forum. It is actually against forum rules.

The swatstika is pretty common in Hinduism particularly. In India they are frequently found on old temples (which there are plenty of). It still doesn't strike me as a great design for a throwing weapon though.

The swastika is actually pretty common in most eastern religions. Hinduism, Buddhism, Janism, etc.
As for a ninja star design it awful. If one were to actually use one

you only have one small point to hit the target with on each side. This leads me to believe that this character did not see them as practical ninja stars

but more as anti-semitic symbols

. Pretty pathetic. Of course that is nothing but pure assumption and we all know what that does.

Just wanted to ask, how many pounds total do you carry when in the field? Did you start to wear portable computers with 360 visors?
