As a side-note thought ...
Pi Kappa Alpha’s 150-year-old Civil War cannon used to celebrate touchdowns at university football games in the 1960s — now it is being refurbished by the fraternity and will be on display in The Quad in the coming weeks.
Wonder if that's legal on campus.
"debating filling the cannon with cement"
Is a firearm with a broken firing pin, or filled with cement, still a firearm?
