Clarification

I applied online last weekend and was under the impression that I would receive a packet that I would send my fingerprints and pictures and CHL completion back with. I read on here and that doesn't seem to be the case.
The email I was sent (with the receipt) included this checklist:
* 2 fingerprint cards or fingerprints submitted using FAST
* Photo holder
* 2 Signed Photo
* CHL-100 Training Form
Fingerprinting scheduled next week with FAST. 2 signed photo? Photo holder? Do I mail this stuff to them or will I get a package?

You will not get a packet.
You need to download ,print and sign the photo holder from the DPS website. Then you you mail in all your paperwork to the DPS when you have your CHL-100.

FYI
You only sign the photo holder that you print off.
You nor anyone else has to sign the actual photo.

OK, thanks. I had actually already printed the "photo holder." What they call it just confused me a little, as well as the "2 signed photo" deal.
I turned 21 last weekend and tried to apply online the day of my birthday and it wouldn't let me. Had to wait until the next day. Thought that was odd.

OK, am I missing anything?
Certificate of training form (guess that's the CHL-100?) - CHECK
Photo Holder - CHECK
2 pictures (from Walgreens, passport type) - CHECK
The receipt that DPS emailed me that has a barcode - CHECK
Will I need to mail anything from the fingerprinting or will FAST send that to the DPS?

I'm not sure if you have to or not, but I mailed my fast receipt with my online app # on it.
That's exactly what I did, I tossed in the FAST receipt and in my case a few other documents(Naturalization papers).
