Prolific Burglar Turned in By His Cell Phone

A Maryland burglar who had no electricity due to the weather at his home plugged his cell phone into a victim's outlet in an area that still had power while he collected jewelry. He was surprised by the return of a homeowner and bailed - but forgot to take his cell phone.

Sharp eyed police asked if the phone belonged to the homeowners, who replied that it didn't. Things went downhill quickly for our erstwhile thief, who investigators think was responsible for about 50 crimes.

And poor man who had an addiction problem, Obama care should help, no? What a petty thief, worth a hot lead solution or two.
