Not sure if this has been posted, but the Dems in Wisconson have left the state to avoid a vote.

I personnelly think the Governor should appoint new state Senators of his choice because they have abandoned thier duly elected positions and duties.

Sounds familiar, doesn't it? What is it with Democrats who feel like they don't have to show up and do their jobs just because they know the outcome isn't going to be what they want? How mature is that?

Ouin, I'm taking my vote and vanishing until you do it my way.... ...even though I'm in the minority.

A bunch of childish Texas legislators "ran away" in 2003. When I saw the title, I wondered if they still had not grown up.

That's just chicken snot. I also heard someone say today that the Wisconsin Governor should pull a Reagan on all those teachers not reporting for work and get some new ones that will show up.

I'd pay them double if they promise to not come back.

That's kinda' what I was thinkin' too.

While waiting in a Doctor's office today, I was reading a 1996 edition of "Guiness Book of World Records". The largest union in the USA in 1995 was NEA, the teacher's union.
