I know some will say this is in the wrong section. I think it should be in every section here. This is unacceptable. I would have paid 1000 dollars to be it this auditorium. the old saying a CAN OF WHOOP ya know. I would have had a 55 gallon drum filled!!!!!!!!!

Left wing behavior at Ivy League schools is an honored tradition, not anything to be surprised about. I suspect Mr. Maschek is plenty tough enough to weather the storm and set a shining example for others more moderate in their mindset to follow.

This is America, This is land of the Free, Land of the Free speech. You got the ugly and the good. It is still a blessing to speak your mind wether you like it or not.

When Soliders Die to give us that freedom I think we owe them a little respect. Free speach ok but there should be a clause saying except for veterans! Its just me but I cant except the well this is a free country we can say what we want. Imagine all the soliders at Pearl Harbor having this attitude. Well its there right to bomb us, there in our free country. Well just sit back and watch the show.

You don't stop it by suppressing free speech. You stop it by winning over the public so much that these jerks feel like outcasts. They should be treated as pariah by decent citizens until they are too embarrassed to come out in public.

I don't plan on inviting these Ivy League Lefties to dinner, but, they have the right to say or think whatever they choose. Any restriction on their free speech would be a much more egregious affront to the sacrifices made by our Veterans than the easily rebutted, childish, nonsense spewing from their mouths, IMO.

the way to combat these people is to ignore them. they do this for one reason: to get attention. if nobody's paying attention, they'll shut up. i don't know how that man kept his cool but hats off to him for serving his country and having the guts to take something like this

The saying which is attributed to Edmund Burke "All that is necessary for the triumph of evil is that good men do nothing" comes to mind. For far too long, the radicals have been permitted to set the agenda unchallenged. I hope that we are past the breaking point for that permission. If the silent majority at Columbia would be a little more vocal, the radicals could not control the school's image.
