"Democratic Sen. Beverly Marrero of Memphis, the only dissenting vote, says she believes there are employers and employees who don't want guns in their workplace."

And it has only passed the Senate. Still has to go to the House. And, not sure how the new Governor Bill Haslam is on gun issues; his predecessor Phil Bredesen vetoed the restaurant carry legislation. However, he was a Democrat and the current Governor is a Republican, so that may give us a little indication.
