Hegar, Patrick and Carona are co-sponsors on this bill. I believe the Whitmire, Ellis are pro-gun, but can't remember about Huffman and Hinojosa.

Sen. Hinojosa is A+-Rated and has done tremendous work for us. Sen. Whitmire is A or A+ and Sen. Ellis will vote against us.

Thanks for the correction Charles; I had Ellis mixed up on pro- vs. con. What about Vice-chair Huffman?

She should vote with us, but I'm a little concerned. Hopefully, I'm worried for nothing.

Video is on air, sound is off, meeting should start in a few minutes.

If you have sound, correct me and I'll reboot. (My computer, TV, Telephone/Magic Jack sometimes act up fighting over who gets to send sound)

Thanks .... sound just started working.

Yesterday one guy said "Liability for someone leaving it open on the back seat"
That's a criminal offense I doubt would occur since they must be concealed.

It wouldn't occur if CHLs could carry inside, possible, though highly unlikely a CHL who knows what "concealed" means would disarm and put it open on the backseat and go in to work.

2:17 already getting to the parking lot ... testimony beginning, airport varmit guy from yesterday testifying first

I wish he'd just say I work in the same building, and park in the same lot ....airline employees in the same parking lots have guns in cars, but city prohibits me in my car next to theirs from storing there.

Only gets 2 minutes.

Alice Tripp is on now

I liked Chairman Whitmire's comment to the Houston airport worker on not being able to carry of 'We'll try to fix that for you.' :thumbs2:
