I like the one Administrator's comment to the effect "the laws work as they are". I guess they do if you are speaking in statistical terms only.

I'd prefer to use the past tense - the laws work as they were when the Constitution and Bill of Rights were written and not in all of the monkeying around that has been done since. :evil2:
