State Capital Building

The Texas Senate will recognize the Patriot Guard in a ceremony at the capitol at 1300. Plans are to arrive sometime between 1030 and 1100 so that members may visit with their respective Senators prior to the ceremony.
This will happen next Monday. Now, here is my question. As a CHL holder, am I permitted to enter the capital building with a concealed carry? I don't know even if any of us will be permitted to even enter the building, but just in case.
