Crazy day in the local news. Columbus, NM Police Chief and Mayor detained on weapons and drug charges.

Pay back for Pancho Villa in 1916.
It is only 3 miles from DT Columbus to the US/Mexican Border.

I like the part that states, every effort was made to seize firearms from the defendants preventing them from entering Mexico, and no weapons were knowingly permitted to cross the border. They forgot to say, This time.

If they wanted to run guns, they should have just gotten jobs with the ATF...
